Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the client when ordering.

Mainland France

Shipments are made via Colissimo with delivery against signature, a reliable and secure method. A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships. Delivery times are generally 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Free delivery on all orders shipped within France.

International

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client before the order is confirmed. The order will only be shipped after the client's acceptance and payment of the corresponding costs.

Packaging and protection

Maison Candâme takes the utmost care in packaging products to ensure their protection during transport. The candles are:

wrapped individually
protected with tissue paper and cushioning material to prevent any shock
accompanied, where necessary, by additional pieces to guarantee the client's satisfaction

Checking on receipt

The client is invited to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any delivery problem or damage immediately.

Liability

Maison Candâme cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damage caused by the carrier. However, we undertake to find an amicable solution in the event of a problem with the parcel (replacement, compensation or reshipment as appropriate).

Returns

Collection models (non-personalised), as shown on the site, may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Return costs remain the client's responsibility. After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued as soon as possible.

Personalised creations

Personalised pieces (names, dates, events or any bespoke request) are made specifically for you. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

Damaged parcel

If your parcel shows any anomaly on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible, sending us photos. We will make sure to offer you a suitable solution with the greatest care. For any question, we remain at your disposal.
